Citizen King is no better or worse than anywhere else. On the whole everything is fine, from time to time I can go there. When I was there it was clean and the service was quick and friendly.

Meat wasn't cooked through properly. My buddy and I both had to spit ... was it the time? I will avoid the stores from now on! Ordered something home a few months ago and the burger has already calibrated so weirdly.

Writing a review for a Burger King is quite a challenge. There were burgers and fries. Everything as usual, even if it was my first time there. But the area in which this "restaurant" is located is so uncomfortable that I try anyway. The environment is dirty and noisy. The people are rude and it seems like the city doesn't care about this place. I will certainly not return here voluntarily. This is a little unfair to the business, because the operator has little influence on the environment, but I found the visit very unpleasant, but I was hungry

Corona challenges everyone, no problem. Nevertheless, it is mainly the employees who are left to their own devices who only speak rudimentary German anyway. How are you supposed to understand the orders correctly if you are separated from head to toe by a plexiglass pane? Clear management failure that has to do with zero corona measures. You can tell that there are no works councils that would have been heating up this Sauladen for a long time.

We had to repeat the order several times because we were not understood. Eternal queue and when it was finally our turn, the order was wrong in front and back. And of course the food was cold when we finally had everything. Thanks but I don't need that anymore!

Extremely slow and poor service. I really recommend to go to another place. If I would the franchise owner, I would spend some time in this place to check how much money I am losing. Many rooms to improve.

This place is so great

If you couldn't give a star I wouldn't give one. Dirty, rude, disgusting. Actually, I like BK, but this branch is under all hell. Was here a total of 2 times in 3 years, both times I then struggled with the nausea. Never again! Health department should have a look.

When we get home, we notice that the vegetarian nuggets are the normal ones. Are you kidding me? You are promoting “Plant Based” but you can't even pack the right product? I also bought chili cheese fries and just thought how sad it looks. Ordered 2 Extra Long Chili Cheese at the drive-in today and only had 2 meat patties on each instead of 3! Really outrageous, apparently they speculate that you don't go back to complain about it. With a few hundred burgers a day, this branch saves itself a lot of money and apparently rams its customers boldly and systematically !!!

The fries had a burnt taste.

Been there yesterday for the first time and also for the last time. The citizens were cold. It wasn't busy and the service cars weren't cleared. The tables were also full of rubbish. The surface of our table stuck. Also, no one cleaned the tables that were left while we were there. No tablets are given out, but everything in the paper bags. Very uncomfortable to eat there.

I live close-by but I hate going here, i don’t feel comfortable there, and I need to wait for looong time even to order.

If someone parks for 10min his car and isn't a burger king customer, they call the police!! Everything is so expensive!! They don't smile and the place looks like an old, cheap design something... Their Cheese is a 0,05euro cost Cheddar!! Small burgers. No way for people with special needs to enter the building. OMG Now they installed a controller in the toilets. You have to pay 0.50 to go to to the toilets

It's a Burger King, nothing special. Prices are reasonable and they have offers periodically. The staff is very polited and kind, although they looked a little confused when I was there... Anyhow, credit card is accepted here, which is definitely a good thing ?

Burger fell apart after two bites and ended a total mess. Did not taste that special either. Would not go to Burger King again.

Takes far too long to arrive, over two hours, also be aware, it says on the tracker your food has been delivered when that is not the case. The driver was in my street but it took another 15 minutes for the food to get to me. I guess their way of claiming ok delivery times when it is totally untrue. The drivers should only be able to say delivered once it has been truly delivered. Food was not good either.
